Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a refund. Our refund policy and process is as follows: We accept returns of goods sold to you if you make a mistake, are not happy with your purchase or if the items arrive damaged or defective, as long as you send us an email at info@irishhidedesigns.ie within 7 days of receipt of goods, quoting “Returns Request” in the subject heading, and clearly stating your name, contact details, order number, reasons for return and whether you request replacement or refund. You must then return the goods by post to Irish Hide Designs, Sleepy Hollow, Thornfield, Lisnagry, Co. Limerick within 14 days.

On receipt of your emailed return request and the returned item in the post we will either replace the goods or fully refund the price (as per your request) within a maximum 30 days receipt of the return.

The returner is responsible for any shipping charges incurred returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Where returned goods are damaged or not in re-saleable condition or, if return is due to damage caused by you, we will not be able to provide any replacement or refund. All goods must be returned in perfect condition otherwise Irish Hide Designs will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
