The McCarthy family have been in the skin and hide business since 1810 and we guarantee our customers a quality product. However, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it for a refund. Our refund policy and process is as follows, We accept returns of goods sold to you if you make a mistake, are not happy with your purchase or if the items arrive damaged or defective, as long as you send us an email at info@irishhidedesigns.ie within 7 days of receipt of goods, quoting “Returns Request” in the subject heading, and clearly stating your name, contact details, order number, reasons for return and whether you request replacement or refund. You must then return the goods by post to Irish Hide Designs, Sleepy Hollow, Thornfield, Lisnagry, Co. Limerick within 14 days.

Derek was excellent - he took the time to take photos of various rugs in different lighting, measuring everything to make sure it would fit, and letting me know that I had to be happy with the final result or he'd change it for me until I found the right one for my home. The rug I chose is absolutely beautiful - really excellent quality, perfect in my house, and arrived the day after ordering. Buying things like this online can be hard because you don't always know what you're getting but Derek made sure I had as much information as possible to make the right choice.
